Ridho R. Hutapea

Ridho R. Hutapea is the Managing Partner of RHLAW, with a multidisciplinary professional background spanning legal practice, taxation, accounting, and customs. His work is supported by extensive experience advising clients on tax disputes, regulatory matters, corporate issues, and other complex legal and commercial challenges, allowing him to approach each matter from both a legal and financial perspective.

He is a Registered Advocate with PERADI, a Registered Tax Consultant, and is licensed to represent taxpayers in proceedings before the Tax Court. He is also a Registered Accountant with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Indonesian Chartered Accountants, and a registered Customs Specialist, reflecting a broad professional foundation across law, tax, accounting, and customs matters.
